Horses for 1/2 Lease
We have 9 of our trail horses are available for monthly half lease for $250 a month. Half Leases allow for the use of the horse outside of business hours (7 days a week from 10am to 5pm, and Friday till 9pm memorial day through labor day); concessions maybe made for during business hours with advance notice. Once deemed a good fit for the leaser, leaser may have use of arena and trails. All tack and equipment is provided, your own tack maybe used if deemed a suitable fit for the horse. Leases are month to month with the option to renew. No one under the age of 18 can lease. Only those on the lease can use the horse, no subleasing and no off farm leasing. Before a lease can be signed a 1 hour lesson must be taken with the horse intended to be leased to make sure it is a good fit for horse and rider. Cost of the lesson is not included. Only once one of our trainers deems fit will the intended horse be able to be leased. Please give us a call or email to see what horses are currently available for leasing.
